Shane graduated from University in 1995 and worked as an Industrial Engineer before completing a B.BA and joining the recruitment industry in 2000. For the last 15 years Shane has forged a strong reputation as a technical recruitment consultant with an excellent understanding of the Construction and Engineering industry in Australia, Ireland and the UK.

Prior to founding Kappa Executive Search Shane has worked with executive search house Talent2, Randstad (formerly Tanner Menzies Executive Recruitment/Hill McGlynn/BBT) and Hays in the UK, across permanent, retained and contract appointments of Design, Engineering and Project Management candidates.

Shane has successfully delivered on senior assignments including; Conceptual Architects, Project Architects, Interior Designers, Revit Technicians, right through to Director level appointments with market leading organisations. He has worked with variety of organisation types such as Engineering Consultants, Management Consultancies, Architects Practices and Government bodies.

Since coming to Sydney in 2004 Shane has built a strong network of local contacts within the construction architecture industry. This enables him to take a more effective targeted and selective approach to the recruitment process with each assignment.

Shane’s focus is on Design, Delivery and Project Management professionals, to deliver both retained/advertised and search assignments on behalf of clients with a salary range from $100,000 - $300,000
